Music News

The annual Showcase concert was held on May 18, 2025, at 6:30, in the sanctuary of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.  The purpose of the concert is to allow private students of Mui-Yee Chu-Barry , Erin Zhou, and Linda K. Wilson to perform a solo to an audience.  This is an important part of their becoming experienced musicians.  The students participating were: Michael Espinosa, Rose Espinosa, Claire Menge, Jameson Padilla, James Phillips, Hallie Joy Thomas, Erin Zhou, and Sara Zhou.  There were also 3 chamber groups who participated.  They were:  MountainTop Strings Italy Tour Orchestra, MTS Feature String Quartet (Erin Zhou, James Phillips, Nina Cantu-Wang, and Sharon Rizzo), and Arrowhead Arts Chamber Quartet: Michael Espinosa, Rose Espinosa, Sebastian Torres, and Emily Torres.
